Important Notice – Customized Products
Please note that personalized or customized items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded, as they are made specifically for you.
We kindly request you to carefully review all names, spellings, dates, and design details before placing your order. Once an order is placed, we are unable to accept any changes, cancellations, or claims arising from customer input errors.
1. Return Policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances, as all products are made to order.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We take quality seriously. Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive an item that is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect (wrong item sent)
👉 You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
3. How to Report an Issue
To report an issue:
- Contact us via the Contact Us form on our website or WhatsApp
- Provide clear photo and video evidence of the issue
📌 Video proof is mandatory to validate all claims.
⚠️ Claims made after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
4. Resolution
Once your claim is verified and approved, we will provide:
- A replacement, or
- A full refund, if replacement is not possible
5. Non-Eligible Cases
We will not accept claims for:
- Customer errors (incorrect spelling, dates, design selection)
- Change of mind after order placement
- Minor variations in color or appearance due to screen differences
6. Refund Process
If a refund is approved:
- You will be notified of the approval
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5–7 business days
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your card provider
- Contact your bank (processing times may vary)
