We also offer international shipping upon request. Delivery charges for international orders will be communicated based on your shipping address.

  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days
  • Same-Day Delivery: Available in select areas (additional charges apply)

United Arab Emirates (UAE):

  • Standard Shipping: 1–3 business days
  • Same-Day / Express: Available in select areas (subject to availability)

3. Shipping Fees

Within KSA / UAE:

  • Standard Shipping: SAR 25 – 45 (based on location and package weight)
  • Same-Day Delivery: Charges vary depending on location and urgency

Final shipping charges will be displayed at checkout or communicated prior to order confirmation.

4. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days
  • Customized or personalized orders may require additional processing time
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

We will review the issue and offer a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

For international shipments:
